2BE Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Parts

The 2BE series refers to single-stage single-acting liquid ring vacuum pumps. Its spare parts are divided into five major categories: core flow-through rotating components, end cover air distribution assemblies, shaft sealing components, bearing transmission parts, and external auxiliary accessories. These are our main products for customized CNC machining. Details are specified as follows:

I. Core Main Flow Components (Key Wear-Prone Machined Parts)

Impeller

The core working component of the whole pump. It is eccentrically mounted on the main shaft. Its rotation drives working water to form a liquid ring to complete gas suction, compression and exhaust. Materials available include ductile iron, 304 and 316 stainless steel. Custom production per drawings or samples is available, and dynamic balance testing is mandatory. It is the most frequently purchased replacement part.

Pump Casing

An oval cavity housing that forms the inner chamber for liquid ring operation to accommodate impeller rotation. It connects with end covers on both sides and holds all internal assemblies, available in integral casting and split structures.

Main Shaft

The power transmission shaft connecting the motor and impeller. The impeller is fixed via interference hot fitting for torque transmission. It is matched with a Sleeve Bushing to protect the main shaft from wear caused by shaft seals, and the sleeve bushing is a high-frequency vulnerable part.

II. Double-End Air Distribution End Cover Assembly (Air Distribution System)

Front & Rear Distributor Plates (Port Plates)

Exclusive critical parts for 2BE pumps, fabricated with suction and exhaust windows to precisely control the timing of air intake and discharge. They directly determine ultimate vacuum level and pumping efficiency, requiring extremely strict dimensional tolerances, and serve as our flagship precision machined product.

Exhaust Valve Plate Assembly

Flexible exhaust valves installed at the exhaust ports of distributor plates. They open and close automatically for pressure relief and load reduction, preventing overload from high-pressure backflow, classified as small consumable parts.

Front / Rear End Cover

Seals the cavities on both sides of the pump casing, with built-in bearing housings and sealing chambers. Observation ports, cooling water holes and water inlet ports are reserved to position bearings and distributor plates.

III. Shaft End Seal Assembly (Critical Anti-Leakage Components)

Two mainstream sealing solutions are available for customized machining:

Packing Seal

Composed of graphite packing, gland follower and stuffing box. Cost-effective and easy to install and disassemble, widely applied in general industrial and mining conditions.

Mechanical Seal

Precision combined seal consisting of stationary ring and rotating ring with zero leakage performance, suitable for chemical processing and high-vacuum working conditions. The complete set includes stationary ring, rotating ring, springs and sealing gaskets.

Auxiliary sealing fittings: O-rings, oil seals, sealing gland plates, water baffles.

IV. Bearing & Transmission Components

Bearing Housing + Rolling Bearings

Dual-side bearing housings support high-speed rotation of the main shaft, consisting of drive-end bearings and non-drive-end bearings to bear combined radial and axial loads.

Transmission Accessories

Direct-coupled model: Flexible coupling, coupling guard

Belt-driven model: Pulley, V-belt, tension bracket

Supporting positioning parts: Bearing end caps, spacer sleeves, lock nuts, etc.

V. Complete External Auxiliary Accessories

Gas-Water Separator (Standard Top-Mounted Type for 2BE)

Separates water vapor from exhaust gas, recycles working water for circulation while reducing noise and water consumption, equipped with drain valves and water replenishment ports.

Piping & Valves: Water inlet flange, exhaust flange, ball valve, check valve, flexible joint, filter.

Miscellaneous Small Parts: Oil drain plug, locating pin, fastening bolts, cooling water pipelines, oil cups (for bearing lubrication).
