(I) Mining Industry

Tailings disposal: Transporting tailings slurry (20%–60% concentration, containing a lot of fine slag and sediment) generated after mineral separation to tailings ponds for storage, requiring wear-resistant materials to resist strong abrasion. 2. Port and wharf dredging: Removing silt deposits from port waterways, adapting to complex underwater terrain, ensuring smooth navigation. 3. Land reclamation projects: Extracting seabed sediment for land creation, requiring pumps with seawater corrosion-resistant materials to resist corrosive seawater.

They are mainly used to discharge mud and wastewater during construction, avoiding delays and safety risks caused by water accumulation. 1. Foundation pit drainage: Removing groundwater and sediment-laden mud from deep foundation pits to prevent collapse. 2. Subway and tunnel construction: Timely discharging rock debris and sediment slurry produced by shield tunneling to ensure smooth construction. 3. Sewage treatment: Conveying high-concentration, easily precipitated sludge slurry from primary and secondary sedimentation tanks, or slurry after interception at water inlets. Cutting devices are often equipped to prevent pipeline blockage.

Beyond the above industries, submersible slurry pumps are suitable for various special working conditions. In the chemical industry: Transporting corrosive slurries containing solid particles (such as pickling waste slurry, phosphogypsum slurry), requiring acid and alkali resistant materials. In agricultural and water conservancy: Conveying sediment-laden water for farmland irrigation and drainage, and transferring silt for reservoir desilting, meeting low-concentration, high-flow requirements. In the coal industry: Handling coal slurry from coal mining and washing processes, supporting coal slime recovery and water recycling.
